Our welders are certified to weld various material types and thickness. We employ on-site weld engineering to develop welding process to meet strict AWS and various other welding standard guidelines. We are capable of in house testing including submersion, pressure decay, and die penetrate. We also work closely with outside testing sources to provide both additional destructive and non-destructive testing.
Machining
We have full CNC Milling and CNC Turning capabilities to provide secondary machining on fabricated assemblies. Whether its drilling, tapping, coping or a more complex machined features, we are able to meet strict tolerances for both finished products and welded fit ups.
